  4. Brainstorm business names, and conduct research on whether that name already exists.

  5. Register your business name and decide which business type you will need.

  6. Decide and secure which kind of business insurance you will need for your business.

  7. Create a TAX ID for your business and open a bank account.

  8. Research your ideal client avatar (ICA) to discover who you will need to target.

  9. Create a logo for your business and create a brand identity.

  10. Create a website for your business, and any marketing materials you may need.

  11. Start to build the operational infrastructure of your business.

  12. Tell others - begin advertising and building your brand.
